Naked insurance: ludicrous procedure to change my risk address

Naked email helpdesk agent Steele Boolkin was very helpful today emailing step-by-step explanatory instructions to me.

This after nearly 3 weeks of struggling with other Naked helpdesk agents just to get a simple change-of-address done

(this involves Naked’s ludicrous procedure of having to cancel household cover first and then having to take out totally new cover at the new risk address).
