Naked Insurance left me naked.....

Good day, i want to share my experience with Naked Insurance to everyone thinking of using them. On the 6 of January 2023 Boksburg was hit by a massive storm. We had 2 trees fall over. One tree fell on our neighbors wall ( broken wall and electric fence ) second tree fell on my front yard wall ( broke the wall completely open ). I phoned them after battling to log a claim on their app. After the seventh try and a couple of calls we managed to log our claim. Received a email from them letting me know they have received my claim. The 7th we had to phone them to ask whats going on. They lets us know the assessor can only see us the 10th ( I KNOW *** ). We had to secure our property and the neighbors property at my cost. So today is the 10th and still no assessor. I had to phone and complain and fight to get service. Try talking to a manager hahaha your going to hold on for 15min to hear i'am sorry and our team is working hard to sort out your claim. Got told they will phone the assessment company and get back to me. After waiting.... waiting....waiting i decided to cancel my insurance and move to another insurance company immediately. Got the trees cut, wall rebuild, electric fence repaired all on my cost. They are useless and don't care about sevice. Just one last thing to the owner/ owners of Naked Insurance hope badluck strikes you like it hit me and may you also experience bad service like i did.
