Naked Insurance is how insurance should be done

My first ever claim even though it was on my second car, Naked Insurance was and is an exceptional Insurance provider. They have been amazing from the onset of my incident right through to collecting my car after work was done on it. They cc'd me on all emails that were sent through to panel peaters, courtesy car hire, right through to the approved work, parts price estimation and total work breakdown and even including an assessor, all these emails kept me informed of every step and progress on my car. My claim was handled by Tayla-Lee Walker, she was just amazing and very thoughtful during the whole process with updates and reassurance that my car was in good hands. Did I mention that they would reply to my emails even on Saturdays, now that's an extra mile for customer satisfaction. Thank you Naked Insurance and a huge thanks to Tayla-Lee Walker.
