Naked insurance is a rip-off

Ready to write off vehicles without any inspection from assessors. Refused to allow me to obtain any quotes. Refused to provide me with any of the quotes that they obtained. This led me to repair the vehicle at my own cost. Requested call from a manager was ignored.
