Naked Insurance is a no from me
Its been two weeks trying to sort out my car and they never call you or update you , We have two new cars with them , worst experience ever trying to resolve a claim. You have to run around and do all the admin yourself and they don't care about service delivery. its been two weeks and nothing has been done as my car is still standing at the VW dealership. If you don't call or send an email they will never follow up
