Naked insurance is a ****. I insured my phone for 30k for 4 years uninterrupted. when my phone was ****** and I claimed they said they would replace my phone for R22k. Unfortunately, my phone was insured with R5k excess. I requested that they deduct the excess amount from the insured amount (hoping to get at least 25k) only to sit with a 17k voucher with conditions that I can't use it online or at iPhone pre-owned. What new iPhone can I get with R17k? Ridiculous! Cancelling my car and home contents insurance after this
