NAKED INSURANCE IS A ****

Naked insurance literally ****med me, their towing and road side assistance is nil I had to pay R4000 cash for towing including toll gates despite them apparently covering towing, I had a break down just before Mooi river toll plaza and was shocked when they claim they only cover 40kms round trip?’n 40kms?!!!!!! I was stuck on the freeway until 10pm with the towtruck demanding payment before assisting me, as a female fearing danger I had no option to agree but was shocked that my comprehensive cover I had never claimed from wasn’t covering for towing as stated in their emailed cover. The next day I was ignored by consultants found out I has to pay for tolls for the tow truck to get to me and the while service provider also ignored me eventually the excuse was if my vehicle wasn’t involved in an actual crash NAKED DOES NOT COVER MIND YOU I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR OVER A YEAR, also I had to pay R1000 in excess for a WINDSCREEN a week prior,please don’t take this insurance this was just towing I can’t imagine an actual accident, save yourself the trouble and money and cover yourself with real insurance.
