Naked Insurance is a ****

They always take money on time but a nightmare during claims. They go all out to not approve your claim and their process is cumbersome. We have a leak and they didn't treat it as an emergency and now after two weeks without water, they won't proceed with their appointed plumber because the repair costs are too high and the plumber has already dug up the place. We are not allowed to use our own plumber's for concrete but when you consult the and the costs are too high, suddenly you are allowed to use your own plumber which you could have done in the first place. Their policy wording for a leak makes provision for the limit to be in addition of the replacement value especially if the leak directly affects the structure of the building. In my case, this was the case and they said my interpretation is wrong.

I would not reccomend using Naked at all.
