Naked Insurance I am absolutely disappointed!

My TSI Polo was in an accident and sustained damages to the left side doors. Accident was reported and claim was approved. Panel beaters was selected and i was surprised as no invoices of parts and cost was supp**** to me. Panel beaters advised i get this from the insurer. Fetched my car only to find out secondhand doors was approved. The panel beaters advised that's what was approved and naked insurers blamed the panel beaters until i copied the panel beaters in the email.

Naked insurance then quoted a clause from the terms and conditions that they have the right to used parts on the vehicle. My premiums increased 4 times in the last 3 years and used parts to be approved thats disappointing on a TSI Polo due to this its a 1 year warranty app**** to the doors what happens to the value of the vehicle.

I'm sharing my review because i will never want another to feel like i do. Anybody looking for insurance should read the terms and conditions and mind you this is always changing and just an email is sent to you.

I am totally disappointed whenever I look at my vehicle to know that i have insured my vehicle with naked insurance since the first day i bought this car and now for used doors and non-transparence is the sad reality with an insurance company which i thought was good based on a good rating.
