Naked Insurance great

I have had a very positive experience so far with Naked Insurance - was suggested by my kids that it's the way to go and I was very impressed with how easy it was and how good the user experience is on their platform. No legalese, communication is friendly, everything is clear and in plain English. They ask you to list your claims history, which I did, and not require paperwork from previous insurer proving that I was being truthful! Which was refreshing and empowering and meant I could get the cover immediately. Very efficient and friendly experience. They have got the memo that in a competitive market, user experience matters.
