Naked Insurance first claim

I have logged my claim on Sunday when I was involved an accident. Friendly staff that assisted on Sunday morning to tow my vehicle and it was sorted within an hour. The claim is currently with Mbali Khoza at Naked Insurance who I can see is really trying her out most best to make the entire claim process as smooth as possible - Thanks Mbali! I will review again soon as my claim proceed...

It's a pleasure, I will keep reviewing as Mbali Khoza works on my claim as I feel the way Insurance deals with the claim is very important, especially in the stressful situation it leaves a person.

17 Aug - Mbali Followed up and scheduled the assessment date. I am happy with the service but will keep posting my experience so people can see and through my reviews if they ever want to change or looking for Insurance...
