NAKED INSURANCE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!
Regrettably, I find myself in the disheartening position of having to lodge a complaint against Naked Insurance regarding the egregious delays in the repair of my vehicle following an accident on 5 March 2024. Despite assurances from Naked Insurance consultant Siphesihle Cele that the estimated time for repair would span a mere five (5) working days, the reality has proven vastly different.
With unwavering trust, I entrusted my vehicle to the care of Bodyright Panel Beaters on 12 March 2024, with the expectation of a swift resolution. Astonishingly, it is now 27 May 2024, a staggering fifty seven (57) working days later, and I am still embroiled in a disheartening saga of empty promises and endless bureaucracy, both from Naked Insurance and Bodyright Panel Beaters alike.
The toll of these delays extends far beyond financial losses; as a small business owner, the incapacitation of my vehicle has dealt a severe blow to my livelihood.
Moreover, with my wife now pregnant, the absence of our primary mode of transportation poses a grave risk, potentially impeding our ability to respond swiftly to any emergency that may arise.
