Naked Insurance does Deliver on Their Promises!

I bought my phone on the 3rd of October 2023 and Insured it on the 4th of October because of the amazing review that I got from a friend about Naked Insurance. I lost my phone on the 28th of October and lodged a claim on the 30th of October in the evening. The following day feedback was provided by Jacob and I only noticed it on the 1st of November. It turens out that my claims video had not gone through and I wrote an email as requested to describe what had happened. My claim was approved instantly and I am currently waiting for my claims voucher which will be arriving within 2-5 working days. It was a delight working with Jacob and I will definitely be insuring my next device with them again. I will also refer family and friends!
