Naked insurance deplorable claim practices

Naked Insurance was a dream upon sign up. Ease of use, immediate and without hassle. But that's where the dream ended. Upon claiming, they grossly undervalued my vehicle at claim stage citing they are bound to using the transunion valuation report and ignoring the mileage of the vehicle as well as other sources of retail data that was provided to them. When actually needing the protection and cover, they have fallen short by severely underpaying and i would caution other customers to be aware of their practice. They may appear cheap, but this is an illusion as their claim practices are deplorable.
