Naked Insurance damaging your property when sent for assessment

We had many surges lately in our area due to people messing with electricity. That has messed with our pc and and made my graphics card failed. Naked sent a assessor to collect my graphics card. Now the assessor said my wife's graphics card could have failed for many reasons but not surges. So they sent my wife's graphics card back. The card was dropped off in a horrible state! It wasn't packaged at all! No anti static bag and no bubble wrap bag like as it was given to them. Not only that something was rattling inside the card, low and behold there is something lose/broken inside (not sure what it is called but yea there is a broken cylinder type thing just rolling around in the card. Now we have to pay to get the card properly assessed. They use people that has no respect for other people's property, that damage people's property and treat it is as trash and now we must trust their assessment??? No don't trust Naked Insurance especially if you have to send your electronics in!
