Naked Insurance Creating **** inspection reports to decline claims

My vehicle hit a pothole on the left side and there was noise from the front and back of the vehicle. They fixed the front bearing only and when i returned the vehicle because the sound at the back was still there. They took the vehicle to an alternative specialist who was going to test drive the vehicle but ended up not test driving the vehicle and sent a false report that would make my claim invalid. i showed Naked the tracker report to show the vehicle was not test driven and the specialist or Naked **** but they still refused to accept my proof and said they stand by the report. I claimed warranty to fixed the car as per the **** report and returned to Naked and they said i must take it back to the same specialist for reevaluation, when i took the vehicle back on my own the specialist advised me that they dont deal with suspension but just wheel alignment and they have never test driven my vehicle. When i advise Naked of how their assessors have **** and taken my vehicle to people who are not specialist they said i must take the car back to the same specialist who put it on record that he cant help me. They are using small business to create **** reports to decline my claim.
