Naked Insurance Claims Process the Worst

Naked insurance is the worst insurance claims process I’ve been through. Loved the idea of their AI offering, actually converted a great many friends and family onto their offering. As always the proof is at claims time. Had a house break in on March 28, they sent an Assessor on 20th April and he submitted his findings to them (in my favour btw), till today I have not heard a word from Naked! When I call their call centre agents can’t seem to find the conclusion of my claim on my profile. They keep promising to follow up, but it has been me who has been calling every day trying to find a conclusion to this. At this point I need to pick up with the Ombudsman or Wendy Knowler just to get a response!!
