Naked Insurance Claims

I have been insured with Naked insurance for a few years . I have my cars and household insured through them . I insured my daughters ipad under the " over R 5'000 " specified items. Posted the pictures of the device including serial number, box and the picture of the ipad . No receipt as I didnt have one. Naked accepted all this . Recently was ****** of this . When I claimed they now say they need proof of purchase ( from over 2 years ago which I dont have ) and are now refusing to pay out.

Really disappointed as I paid extra to insure the device.
