Naked Insurance claim

It is so easy doing everything on the app but sometimes you need a human on the other end. Unfortunately I’ve had 2 claim’s recently. The difference is the human on the other side. The app works brilliantly most of the time but in this case it didn’t allow me to claim for a specified item which was frustrating. There is an automated response about getting back to you on the app, but on my first claim the human was not great in following up. On the specified claim, it made things so much easier because Darrin was on the other side to follow up. AI is great but having AI with people is brilliant.
