Naked insurance cancel approved claim for no reason
Had my phone pick pocketed on the 18th of Jan,and naked has approved a replacement and then retracted as I wanted a payout.now they started the whole process of appointing a validator which wasn't done before and no response or valid reasons as to why this claim cannot be completed. Pathetic service and communication from claims Handler,supervisor and company for going back on their processes,commitment and integrity.

11 Feb 2025, 22:30Today I get an email that my claim is rejected cos I didn't respond to an email which naked insurance sent to an incorrect email address.
This is very pathetic.its going to be almost a month after the incident and a claim gets rejected for spelling errors on their part after being approved. No response or contact from a supervisor or team leader.
