NAKED INSURANCE BULLYING ME

I submitted my claim (Claim no.***) with all the requirements over a month ago, signed a consent form and my claim was moved to validator, after a week the validator called she used loadshedding as an excuse for responding late to my emails, then she advised me to make a conference with Telkom so she can verify ITC reference number, I made a conference call and Telkom Agent named Lungelo answered and while Telkom was confirming everything her (validator) call MYSTERIOUS cut and I immediately called her back however she advised that she could not hold anymore because she got another appointment and she advised me to leave everything and rush to police station to get A1 form...validator ignored the fact that I provided a detailed lost description, CASE number and details of detective in charge, I wonder why I signed a consent form if I to call verify ITC and the CAS number then what is the job of validator. Telkom sent a Blacklisting Confirmation showing both an IMEI and a date last used. Naked is refusing to provide claim outcome
