After being a loyal Outsurance customer for ~4 years I finally decided to make the switch.

Been with Naked for nearly 2 months and it has been great.

I had my sunroof glass crack a couple weeks after joining Naked, and the claims process was super simple.

I can make changes to my policies directly on the app, this is a game changer! There is no need for long winded conversations over the phone, however you can still call them if you prefer to do it that way.
