NAKED INSURANCE ACCIDENT CLAIM

Ì had an accident on the 13th March 2024 and contacted Naked. The consultant was kind and helpful.thereafter I was placed in the care of Lauren Mooney who is my claims handler. Lauren has been very kind and helpful throughout the process. Naked takes longer than other insurers but they are also very througher in their investigations and that is a good trait. I would like to thank Lauren from the bottom of my heart for comforting me when I was very upset and trying her best to make sure the process ran smoothly. I want to also thank her for making sure I had the hired car when I needed it. Really made my life much better after a horrific experience. So Lauren Mooney deserves a 5 star rating. Would also like to thank Phillip Lemmer the verifier that handled my case.He is a proper investigator and did a fantastic job.
