Naked insurance
I don't like to complain but I believe in keep by your word I hope the close down and people see that they are taking money and hiding away
I paid R225 a month for R15000 cover and my phone got ****** in early Jan so I claimed it back knowing I would rather buy a new phone... So they tell my the can only give me a I store or takelot voucher but can't pay me out the money HOW INSANE IS THAT
DO NOT INSURE ANYTHING WITH NAKED INSURANCE PLEASE BE SMART NOT LIKE ME

A lady from naked insurance phoned me and ask all the details what had happened, after the explanation given she said I would receive R14500 that was my policy that had to pay out. So I only received R4799 and naked insurance says I am paid out in full....
Please people open your eyes cheap insurance that does not pay what you expect. The premium is great butt the payout I would rate is 1 out of a 1000
