Naked has come to my rescue twice in the space of a week and both times with excellent service. Not only is the service from Naked phenomenal but they also choose great service providers. When the 2 litre emergency petrol Naked provides wasn’t enough to start my car, the provider went to get me more with the cash I provided. My rock chip in my windscreen was fixed within less than 24 hours of submitting the claim. And all I had to do was walk downstairs and move my car into the sun. There’s a reason I haven’t considered another insurance for many years now.
