Naked dragging its feet
I lost my phone on Friday I made sure to go to the police station very early on Saturday to submit my claim because as a remote worker I need a cellphone. This morning when I follow up I get asked for a case number which is part of the documents I submitted on Saturday already. I am dissappointed at the lack of feedback and the pace that the claim is being reviewed because loosing a cellphone is a huge inconvenience and I literally cannot do anything but wait.

02 Sept 2025, 11:12The team informed me that claims are not processed on weekends so they were not dragging their feet. I submitted a few additional documents and all went smoothly. I am definitely staying with Naked as I have other items insured with them. A huge shoutout to the agent that was in charge of my claim Kamogelo.
