Naked delivered

I changed from a well known Insurance Company to Naked 6 months ago, I was a tad nervous but felt assured as Hollard are the underwriters. The process was unbelievably stress free, no phone calls and very quick response time. Then the hail hit and my car was written off, submitted the pictures on the Naked app and held my breathe. Naked paid the full insured value (minus the excess which is standard anyway). So HUGE shout-out to Naked, you delivered as promised and I don't (unless (I want to) have to speak to anyone on the phoe. Best decision I made
