Naked could do better
I have never been insured before but Naked has given me a terrible first experience. I don’t feel their approach to my claim has been routine or professional. I joined naked to avoid long drawn out claim processes under advice but the invasive investigation process has been one issue after another despite my incident being extremely straight forward and thoroughly supported with evidence. I personally wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience that has yet to reach resolution
