Naked causing Inconvenience
My husband was in a bumper bashing on Monday, We took his car to a panel beater recommended and chosen by naked insurance. Today (thursday ) we dropped the car off and within an hour we received the curtesy car paying R2000 deposit. not even a full workday has gone by, and the accessor tells him that he can't find a panel beater that can source the parts needed.? But he recommends that the insurance can give him the amount it will take to fix, and he can sort out his own car? Then after numerous attempts, we still cannot get hold of him? We pay monthly for convenience and proper service, not this. Makes us want to look at moving back to our previous insurance company

This means that instead of continuing the repair process, we offered a payout equal to the cost of repairs, allowing you the flexibility to manage the repairs independently with a supplier of your choice.
