Naked Car Insurance

Naked Insurance underwritten by Hollard is the worst insurance company there is, *********** is the correct word to describe them. I was in an accident a few weeks back just outside of Winburg in the Freestate, my car couldn’t drive and thus needed a rollback to transport it. It toom them 24 hours to arrange for a rollback to transport my car. My car had to stand on the side of the road overnight. The following day my car was transported to Kzn where I live. Then a week passed, my claim has been approved on 27 Feb. The following day I contacted the panel beaters where my car had been standing for a week, to ask them how long I could expect the repairs to take. They informed me that they have not received the go ahead from Naked. On Monday 3 March the panel beaters contacted me to tell me that they have still not received anything from Naked. After I had to call Naked to find out what is going on, they informed me that the panel beaters where THEY dropped my car off and has been at for two weeks is not approved by their panel! They instructed the panel beater to strip the car and send through a quote, approved that quote and now they say that panel beater is not on their board.
