Naked, as in NO ONE cares.

Must say I'm rather disappointed. I had a neighbour reverse into my car right by my garage inside our estate. This happened on June 12th. I gave them all the info of the neighbours, including insurance company and policy number, contact details etc. As the neighbours admitted it was their fault, one would assume great! I don't have to pay anything or worry right!? WRONG.

Number 1: I still have to pay. With other insurers, you give them all the info and THEY sort everything INCLUDING the excess amount that would be due to the panel beaters. Specifically when it's not your fault.

Number 2: My car has STILL not gone in for repairs, I was told I would get a call for when I can bring my car in, however, 2 weeks went by, and I had to chase up on whats actually happening. I was told poor service from Panel beaters.. No.. Poor service from Naked. You should be the ones chasing up, NOT me. I finally got a call from the Panel beaters, they can only book me in on July 12th for repairs.. I logged this on June 12th..

Such a joke.. This is the worst experience I've had. Wish I went with someone else.
