The app and way they work is so refreshing and rather fun to use too, even tho the bot handles so much it feels like one of the most human insurance companies I've ever used. You feel part of a family and the whole platform is based on integrity and honesty for the greater good. We had a major power issue and the assessor they sent was so professional and felt 100% safe and confident and the entire claims process is very thorough and efficient and they really have your back.10/10 from me :)
