Naked and The Glass group ********** service

A claim for my window was approved last week Friday Kia confirmed ETA or 2 to 3 days. Naked insurances supplier the glass group said ETA 4 days tell me why I am still without a glass for my window. There’s been no communication from neither parties on why there’s a delay the Glass group people from Samantha to Zirnobia and some guy whose name I forgot are nothing short of rude. When I questioned why the the quote is that much they said it’s admin fee and convenience for them coming to me. If they as a supplier are charging me for convince why am I even paying Naked insurance. The experience has been the worst the premium might be low but you definitely get what you pay for a sloppy service
