Naked and ashamed

Had an accident the weekend before last. STILL waiting for authorization as of yesterday. As of today, I was told by JP and another lady that I called that the repairs are approved. Lesley Carle emailed me to say repairs are approved as well, and that i must book a date with the panel beater. The panel beater already has the car as it was towed away and for the life of me, I can't see how nobody on your side is aware of this until I've tell them. I called the panel beater and as per them they are still waiting for approval. I have left voice messages to be called back, and received nothing. I phone in and out often rings until it is cut off. The assessment has taken ten working days from the accident. I was promised 5. Nobody in this company seems to know what is going on with my car whenever they answer the phone. I am still waiting for a manager or supervisor to contact me. The panel beater does not know what to do with the car because approval has not been sent! You guys were by far the cheapest but I guess you get what you pay for. I have wasted over R200 airtime trying to sort out this sorry state of affairs bendy nobody I speak to has any idea what's going on.
