My wife was involved in an accident. I contacted naked insurance, they proceeded to contact my wife immediately and make sure she was okay. They then arranged a tow truck, and the vehicle was towed immediately to get assessed. I was kept Informed about everything by Tshepo at Naked insure. Within a few days, everything was approved, and vehicle was then sent to Ross Champion for repairs, Courtesy car was arranged and delivered to my home. Wife's vehicle has been collected. The entire process was excellent dealing with Naked Insurance. I only joined them last year, so I was a bit concerned about claiming, but there was no need to be concerned. I can gladly recommend them to anyone, especially after my personal experience.
