My recent claims experience, BUT what a THOUGHTFUL Insurer!

What made me go "yes": ease of submitting a claim; quick response from Naked; their digital assessment of the claim based on pics I sent them; no hassles and of course their recent offer during this difficult lockdown period to insure cars for fire and theft at a significantly reduced price whilst standing at one's home, was a BLESSING! WELL DONE NAKED!!!.

What made me go "yikes" are more 'housekeeping' points really: that you could not upload the damages pics onto the app, nor did I see anywhere that they needed the car's odometer reading; that I had to remind them that I needed the car hire that was part of my insurance policy; they initially asked me to go to a MBR and obtain a quote, whilst later on it became apparent that this was not necessary as they were performing a digital assessment - so had I gone for the quote meantime, it would have been a waste of time and money; the requirement to have reported the claim to the police when that was necessary as it did not involve a 3rd-party, nor was it on a public road.
