My claim was approved within 3 business working days. Someone drove into me and I was so traumatized since this was my first ordeal. The consultants was very friendly and had patience with me. Luckily my car was still drivable so I could still get to work. Maybe they can do collections and drop offs since a person can't always get off from work but overall I had a good experience.
