MVA

Thank you for the excellent service ,My dad was involved in a car accident on the 1st of November ,The alert came from the tracking company alerting that they received an accident alert ,I tried calling my dad however I was unsuccessful, I tried my mom with no luck as well ,I I sent the SMS to Naked team and they acknowledge my message ,I was hysterical and I finally got H hold of my dad he confirmed that he was unharmed ,The team assisted me to download all the required documents and details on the app, the car was successfully towed by the registered towing company .I was informed that they will appoint the an assessor to investigate the incident and give feedback . On the 6th I received a call from the assessor to inform me that the car is a write off it cannot be repaired ,I then contacted the team to find a way forward, my stress levels were very high as this was the 1st time logging a claim ,I was told that my claim was approved ,that brought so much joy on my face I used to hear people saying their claims were declined .I have recommended Naked to my friends, colleagues and family ,If I have to chose again I will chose Naked Insurance .Thanks to Mila and the team for the constant update and support they gave me through this difficult time.

My Claim was finalized today ,ching-ching in my account ,I am busy shopping around for another vehicle ,see you soon :) Naked you are the Best!!
