Motor vehicle accident claim

On the 29 October 2024 i was involved in a car accident. Called naked for towing and their response was very fast. On the 30th October 2024 i logged a MVA claim on their app with them and the process was fast and easy as long as you have all the information required. Then in a week my claim was approved and was told it will be taken for repairs to the panel beater. Then after that in a few days time i was informed that my vehicle can no longer be repaired it will be written off. So i was informed promptly on what the next steps are and i followed through promptly as instructed with everything required. It took them a week to settle/pay off the vehicle after submitting everything to them. There were no disputes,arguments or hassles….my claim process was very seamless and i am 100% happy.
