Most of my claim experience was excellent. The night call center agent was calm, quick, and checked on me every 15 min until I got home safely. Tow + security teams were professional too. Ayesha Vezi was an amazing claims consultant — she got my courtesy car sorted immediately and kept me updated. Claim approval was fast and the repairer she suggested did a flawless job. My car looks brand new. My only issue: my car was moved from Wynberg to Kempton Park Auction Nation without notice, then took 2 weeks to release to the repairer. Proactive communication on vehicle moves would make this a 5-star experience. Thank you Ayesha + team for the hard work and care.
