Money hungry...unjustifiable increases

I have been a loyal customer of Naked Insurance for years. Also gave them shining reviews, recommended them to all my family and friends, but that ended this week. They have proven their strategy with loyal clients, win them over to begin with with fair prices and good service, then apply exorbitant increases that they cannot justify. How does Naked Insurance expect people to keep up with 10% annual increases in the SA economy when people out there only get 6% increases if they are lucky. When I queried this I got generic responses, when queried again I got responses which where condescending and scant of any meaningful detail. I have not claimed in 3 years, never claimed for house and sports equipment, live in safer area than 2 years ago, yet you increase my insurance premiums and excess without any consultation. This was a great way to loose a loyal customer. Got quotes which are much better at one of the top insurance companies. Cheers...
