Money hungry Naked Insuranceless!!!!

Pathetic service and massive increase in premium without proper reasons. Increased my premium by 15% without me making any changes to my insurable items nor becoming a higher risk. I understand that yearly increases are needed but to do it at 3x the inflation rate without any properly defined reason is pathetic. Consumers get ****** daily by such high increases and should not accept this.

PLEASE GET A SENIOR MANAGER TO CONTACT ME IN THIS REGARD. CONTACTING YOUR CLIENESS SERIVESLESS ONLY RESULTED IN UNWILLINGNESS TO PROVIDE SERVICE AND A GENERIC SCRIPTED LAME EXCUSE FOR SUCH A MASSIVE INCREASE.

When I joined Naked it was wiyh hope of better customer service and better cost awareness and transparency. Naked has turned out to be the same if not worse than any other insurance company I've been with.

Not even my life insurance premium has gone up by such a high percentage even as I get older.

Naked, Get your act together and provide a better premmium. Else I will need to take my business elsewhere and also lay a formal complaint at the Obudsman!
