Misleading Policy
I insured my iPhone 15 for R28 0000. I lost my device 2 weeks back and when I made a claim, I was told that they will replace my device and I said no thank you I already have a phone that I received as a gift, can I get a voucher instead. I was told that the value of my phone has depreciated and I can only get R19000-R3000 which is R16000. What baffles me is that I have been paying my monthly premium of which is worth my cover amount. If the value of my phone has depreciated, why have they let me pay my monthly premiums that worth my cover amount and that was not stated in my contract when I took the insurance with you guys. What you guys are doing is misleading customers.

14 Nov 2024, 14:14 I’m not satisfied with the response I’m getting for your team. Your insurance is ****ming us daylight and suddenly you referring us to the wording of your policy documents that was fine printing of which I did not see when I took your insurance.
