Misleading

I am not impressed with Naked not making it clear that I would struggle claiming if the phone is not registered under my own name when I was signing up. When I signed up, I submitted all the needed documents of the contract phone my father took out and they accepted ans activated the insurance which I have been paying myself for over a year. Now my phone has been ****** and they cannot process my claim because the phone is not registered under my name. Where was this concern when I was taking out the insurance? This has been a great inconvenience.
