Miscommunication leads to double premium

I sent a message to them explaining that I need to make change to my policy, I was told to cancel my policy and rebuy it. so I canceled and rebought it, however, my installment doubled. Nowhere in the email was this explained, I called and emailed my dissatisfaction, no apology or explanation from their side why they didn't explain it, I feel that this is a huge miscommunication from their side, how am I ok with paying double for my car insurance? I spent yesterday calling most insurance houses, and I can say Naked is not the cheapest, coupled with their bad service and archaic system. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
