Mbali, the claims agent I dealt with was great
Mbali, the claims agent I dealt with was great. Helpful and quick to respond. I wasn’t happy with Naked Insurance’s processes however. There are pros and cons to be fully online and a con is if you are dealing with a claim, there is no human element which can go a long way in making the process easier. I was just left unsatisfied with how the claim was processed, and I will not go back to Naked Insurance.
