Made to feel like a ******** on first time claim!
First time claim with Naked insurance and absolutely Fed up! Insurance is meant to give you a peace of mind until you try and claim! It's been a month and we are still getting interrogated by Naked! It's called an accident for that reason!
I can understand if someone claims allot on insurance and looks suspicious! But I have not claimed on insurance for iver 16 years and now I'm made out to looks like I'm lying about an accident!
Not happy at all Naked!!!

17 Mar 2022, 18:49The photos and the damage on the car is proof enough! People pay insurance so when and if they have accidents they are covered, and then have transport again! It's been a month and we still getting cross examined it feels! If you have no intention of paying a claim because you feel something perhaps was not an accident, don't spend a month doing it! Just really upset with the service.
People I know that have accidents on other insurances don't go through all this!
