Macbook Claim Rejected - ****** inside the car by Car Jammer

I have lost my MacBook an item that was ****** in my car in Pretoria Marabastad and my claim was rejected. For the fact that I explained that they did not brake in the car as they have special tools or jammers equipments to use to open the car my claim was not entertained. I don’t understand why my claim has to be rejected. I asked few people around were the incident happened and they told me that its very common in that area, i must be glad that they did not ***** the car but only an item in the car. I am asking Naked insurance to please do your Job and stop running away from paying the claims. It is verry painful to loose an item and insurance start to make up silly stories to reject claims. What happened to me can happen to everyone.
