Lost phone - easy comms, great service

Lost my phone, submitted a claim, comms were simple and clear. They paid out timeously with zero hassles. Great experience would recommend them.

Only thing I would say is that there is no back up for logging a claim on a website. If you lose your phone how can you submit a claim only via an app on your phone? Chicken egg scenario, but I am sure they will figure that out at some point.
