Like any insurance, the most important thing to remember is when you are in an accident you must use the app to secure a tow. If naked approves the tow you are all set. Unfortunately, i did not do this so I was charged quite a bit for towing and storage. My accident also occurred on 4 Dec so settling the matter took quite some time, due to the festive period. Once I signed the settlement (on a fri), I had the cash in my account by Monday afternoon. I will say naked is very efficient and fair, especially considering their rates. No complaints here.
